Carefree– Lou Shenyi Project is one of the Platform China’s annual project “Jungle II- A Thriving Morphology”.  It will exhibite artists Lou Shenyi’s recent paper works.

" Carefree is is an unfettered realm of Freedom, not only refers to the unconstrained of body, but also refers to the freedom of spirit. The Buddhism believes carefree is clear and places heart from worries."

The project named "Carefree", which comes from the integration of Lou Shenyi’s artistic creations and local survival experience. Loushen Yi lives and works in Hangzhou. His works usually are depict people and landscape that around his life. He usually drawing people around, landscape. In Hangzhou life and work are slower than others, that makes him has his own comprehension of Carefree and his painrings. He is a Buddhist, does not entangled by outside world, Carefree also extends to the generation of his art, then it becomes to a integration of he, his painting and this era.
